Our Outpatient and Laser Surgery Center is committed to utilizing state-of-the-art technology and advanced surgical techniques that are minimally invasive and offer patients a fast recovery. For example, the ABBI (Advanced Breast Biopsy) procedure is a one-step biopsy process, performed under local anesthesia, that minimizes disruption to tissue and promotes quick recovery.

State-Of-The-Art Anesthesia
Hillcrest was one of the first hospitals in Northeast Ohio, and among a select group nationwide, to install a non-invasive patient monitoring system that measures effects of anesthesia on the brain during surgery. The Bispectral Index Monitor ensures patients receive the most appropriate amount of anesthesia for their physical makeup. Patients tend to wake up more quickly and feel better after surgery.
